A. HEAD SECTION

 

Head of the Section are: another position. Laboratory and Ka. SMF

 

Positions: Under and responsible to the Dean and Director

 

Main tasks                                            :

Lead, oversee and coordinate the implementation of medical services, expertise, education, medicine, nursing and research in the field of Ophthalmology

 

Job description      :

1. Prepare all the necessary academic tools according to the guide book, and to organize and coordinate internal activities schedule in Section.

2. Holding all kinds of educational activities specified in the book Guide to education, including the organization of the thesis exam and other exams.

3. Monitor and deal with problems in the implementation of educational activities in Section.

4. Planning / directs the activities of the implementation of medical services expertise in the field of Science Eye Disease

5. Establish guidelines for services in the field of Science stabdar Eye Disease

6. Establish procedures for the implementation of medical services remains in Science Eye Disease

7. Plan directives implementation activities of medical education, nursing Sciences Eye Disease

8. To coordinate and harmonize the work and labor relations in the group of disciplines respectively

9. To coordinate interdisciplinary support in the form of team work, in accordance with the concept of an integrated, holistic and comprehensive

10. Directs the development section in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed

11. To coordinate cooperation between staff-staff, paramedical, administrative personnel, and pekarya in order to reach a comfortable working climate and safe, both for the employees, as well as patients and families of patients

B. CHAIRMAN OF STUDY PROGRAM

1. Plan the implementation of courses according to educational catalogs, and if possible arrange Education Program Handbook contains among others:
a. Curriculum content
b. Organizing pattern learning process
c. Guide work on every assignment education
d. Assessment at each stage of education
e. Raw provisions admission, academic sanctions and termination
f. Special provisions for participants adaptation specialist foreign graduates
g. Others (organizations, energy, teaching hospitals)
2. Organizing the selection of candidates received from the scene PPDS cooperate with Ka. Part / related staff.
3. Return the result of selection by returning participants who refused to carry out the crime scene and calling PPDS applicants received, with copies to the scene PPDS and Dean FKUB.
4. Prepare all the necessary academic tools in organizing the learning process in collaboration with the Head of Department.
5. Prepare an element of teaching hospitals that will be used in the phase of education participants of this course.
6. Promote the implementation of continuous assessment as objectively as possible, involving all the teaching staff according to plan the implementation of the program of study.
7. Create reports: periodic dynamics of education participants each semester to the TKP PPDS which include:
