The Academic Calendar for the Specialist Medical Education Program begins either at the start or mid-year, allowing student admissions to be conducted twice within one academic year, which includes both the regular program and the Special Admission Program (PPUK). The registration periods are held in December-January and June-July. Admissions for PPUK participants may be postponed for up to one semester to follow the Special Mentorship Program (PPK).
There are two admission pathways:
- Regular Pathway, through a selection test that evaluates academic ability, physical and mental health, and proficiency in English.
- Special Admission Program (PPUK), which is intended for candidates nominated by government agencies.
