The implementation of the Specialist Medical Education Program in Dermatology and Venereology refers to the educational standards and competency standards established by the Indonesian College of Dermatology and Venereology (KDVI). These standards have been ratified by the Indonesian Medical Council (KKI) under the Indonesian Medical Council Regulation No. 44 of 2016 concerning the Educational Standards and Competency Standards for Specialist Doctors in Dermatology and Venereology. The academic guidebook and curriculum for the Specialist Medical Education Program in Dermatology and Venereology are developed based on the KKI regulations mentioned above.
The Dermatology and Venereology Specialist Medical Education Program (PS PDS DV) at FKUB follows a curriculum based on the competency standards set by the College and tailored to the conditions and facilities at the Department of Dermatology and Venereology at FKUB. The implementation of the program’s curriculum is equipped with standard operating procedures and a logbook. To ensure smooth operation in line with educational objectives, an academic guidebook is used, which is an integral part of the curriculum and serves as a tool to facilitate the educational process. The academic guidebook is a reference for both students and teaching staff in carrying out the teaching and learning process.
