2023/2024 Customer Satisfaction Survey Results and Stakeholder Feedback
There were 11 respondents involved in the survey with the following results:
a. Integrity criteria, including ethics and morals: 2 respondents rated good and 9 respondents rated very good.
b. Expertise criteria based on scientific field or professionalism: 3 respondents rated good and 8 respondents rated very good.
c. English language proficiency criteria: 5 respondents rated good and 6 respondents rated very good.
d. Information technology proficiency criteria: 3 respondents rated good and 8 respondents rated very good.
e. Communication skills criteria: 2 respondents rated good and 9 respondents rated very good.
f. Teamwork and leadership criteria: 2 respondents rated good and 9 respondents rated very good.
g. Self-development criteria: 4 respondents rated good and 7 respondents rated very good.
h. Readiness to engage directly in the community criteria: 4 respondents rated good and 7 respondents rated very good.
i. Graduate’s attitude toward patient safety, students, and the environment criteria: 3 respondents rated good and 8 respondents rated very good.
In general, graduates of the PS PDS KFR program received very good and good ratings from users of the graduates. This should be maintained to ensure that graduates of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist Program continue to uphold high quality and are able to perform optimally in their workplaces.

In general, graduates of the PDS PS KFR program received ratings of very good and good from users of the graduates. This achievement certainly needs to be maintained so that the quality of PDS PS KFR graduates remains high and they can continue to work optimally in their workplaces.
