New Student Admission Policy

The recruitment system for prospective students of the PSPDS in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at FKUB follows a set of guidelines that include all requirements and procedures for the admissions process, under the responsibility of the Rector of Universitas Brawijaya (UB) and the Dean of FKUB. The recruitment mechanism for new prospective students of PSPDS Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation FKUB refers to the regulations set by the Dean of FKUB, as outlined in the Dean’s Decree No. 044/SK/UN.10.7/AK/2014 on Guidelines/Requirements for Admission and Stages of Selection for Prospective Students of the Specialist Medical Education Program (PS PDS I) at the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Brawijaya, and the Dean’s Regulation of the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Brawijaya No. 6 of 2023 regarding Special Admission Requirements for Regular Pathway Specialist Doctors at the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Brawijaya. Additionally, since 2020, a Special Assignment Admission (PPUK) has been implemented, in accordance with the Rector’s Regulation No. 67 of 2020 on the Special Assignment Admission (PPUK) for the Specialist Medical Education Program. The new student admission process is integrated into the UB Entrance Selection System (SELMA UB), which can be accessed at http://selma.ub.ac.id, and is carried out under the coordination of the FKUB Specialist Department along with all other specialist programs, details of which can be found at https://ppds.fk.ub.ac.id/. The admissions process is conducted each semester. Using this system, the entire new student selection process is conducted online and is open and accountable.

The website provides access to prospective students regarding the requirements, procedures, and stages of the new student admissions process.
