In general, the quality assurance organization at UB is a functional work unit that is directly under the auspices of the Rector of Universitas Brawijaya, so that in carrying out its duties and functions (tusi) always involves structural officials. In this case, there is a coordination relationship between the quality assurance unit at the university (LPM Quality Assurance Agency), faculty/program (GJM Quality Assurance Group) and department/PS (UJM Quality Assurance Unit), and each is responsible to the head of the work unit.
Academic Quality Management System for Departments and Study Programs
In an effort to improve performance, the PS PDS KFR FKUB established a system for evaluation and improvement. This includes the formation of a monitoring and evaluation (MONEV) team, the implementation of periodic MONEV, and the implementation of evaluations in regular MONEV meetings.
A monitoring and evaluation team (MONEV) has been formed, appointed and dismissed by the Dean upon the recommendation of the Study Program for a term of 1 (one) year. The MONEV team has the task of assisting the Head of the Study Program in implementing internal and external quality assurance and performing the following functions:
Implementation, reporting, and documentation of monitoring and evaluation of educational processes and outcomes, research, community service, and collaboration; and
Coordination of provision and analysis in the internal quality audit and accreditation process.
The MONEV team of the PDS KFR FKUB Study Program has been conducting regular MONEV meetings.
