1. Scope of Management Review
The Management Review Meeting (MRM) is an activity conducted to review the results of the internal quality assurance system implementation within work units, spanning university, faculty, department, and study program levels. This is performed routinely as part of the effort for Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) in fostering a quality culture. The Management Review Meeting serves as a follow-up step to the results of the Internal Quality Audit (IQA) and Corrective Action Requests (CAR) in formulating priority actions for improvement.
Referring to the management systems of SNI ISO 9001:2015, ISO 21001:2018, and ISO 21001:2018 Educational organization management systems (EOMS), the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist Study Program (PS PDS KFR FKUB) conducts its management review with the required scope, which includes:
- Status of actions from previous management reviews.
- Changes in external and internal issues relevant to the management system.

Information on the performance and effectiveness of the management system, covering:
- Customer Satisfaction and Stakeholder Feedback.
- Evaluation of the fulfillment of the Study Program’s work plan.
- Evaluation of the fulfillment of Automatic Mechanism Indicators.
- Evaluation of the fulfillment of Performance Agreements.
- Evaluation of Resource Adequacy.
- Internal Quality Audit results.
- External Audit or Accreditation results.
- Performance of External Providers of Goods and Services.
- Nonconformities and corrective actions from internal and external evaluation and audit results.
- Effectiveness of the quality assurance system.

2. Implementation of the Management Review Meeting
The Management Review Meeting is held once a year, prior to the implementation of the Internal Quality Audit (IQA). This is done to evaluate the results of the MRM and IQA from the previous year, the results of stakeholder satisfaction surveys and tracer studies, as well as the work plan and improvements of the PS PDS KFR FKUB for the current year, in order to address findings from the previous year. The data used are sourced from the MONEV (Monitoring and Evaluation) team reports.

3. Results of the Management Review Meeting
The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Brawijaya, has conducted its Management Review routinely every year under the direction of the Faculty’s Quality Assurance Cluster Team (Gugus Jaminan Mutu). The results of the management review are also reported routinely to the Faculty’s Quality Assurance Cluster Team, and follow-up actions regarding the results of the management review
