RESULT OF INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL AUDIT FOLLOW UP

  1. In an effort to make these adjustments, FKUB has prepared RPJP 2020-2040 and RENSTRA 2020-2024 which were downgraded / kaskading to the Strategic Plan of Specialist and Subspecialist Departments as well as the preparation of Scientific Vision, work programs and budgets in Study Program.This refers to Pertor SAKIP Renstra no 55 of 2020 concerning UB’s Strategic plan for 2020-2024 (UB Gazette of 2020 Number 65).  This effort is followed up by the Study Program by compiling a Scientific Vision that prioritizes reputation at the international level to improve the quality of life of the community in accordance with the Vision of FKUB and the Vision of the Department of Specialists and subspecialists. The application is stated in the submission to obtain the Dean’s Endorsement through the SERVICE MEMORANDUM Number: 030 / UN10. F08.16.03/PP/2022. The Study Program has compiled, Vision, Mission and Goals and there is a determination of time limits, and this VMT is linear with the VMT from FK UB. There is already an explanation about leading and international standard. Study Program has submitted an application for VMT issuance to the Dean since January 2022. The vision, mission, and objectives of the study program have been prepared according to the Vision, Mission of Faculty of Medicine UB and have made a strategy for achieving quite systematic. however, it is necessary to strengthen the definition of international reputation to match the Vision, Mission.

In this case, the form of lecturer and employee Performance Targets has been realized in the form of Employee Performance Targets (SKP) which are carried out every year for admins and lecturers, evaluation of Lecturer Performance Load (BKD) carried out every semester through SISTER for lecturers. In addition, the burden and performance targets of lecturers have also been mapped by the head of the department.
    Accountability for SKP and BKD Reporting to the Dean and Rector by knowing the direct supervisor (Lecturers know the head of the Department). The Quality Assurance Mechanism has been implemented periodically every year, and is followed by requests for corrective action, audits, requests for corrective action, and control through management review.
    Lecturer and employee performance targets have been realized in the form of Employee Performance Targets which are carried out every year for admins and lecturers, lecturer workload evaluations are carried out every semester through SISTER. Likewise, the quality assurance mechanism has been implemented periodically every year

  3. The admission of new students is in accordance with the dean’s decision based on letter number 044/SK/UN10.7/AK/2014. The issuance of recommendation letters and STRP has been carried out in accordance with the regulations of the Indonesian Medical Council number 21 of 2014. The acceptance of participants is in accordance with the ratio of student lecturers, meaning that the determination of capacity is calculated from the ratio of lecturers and students. Data on the ratio of lecturers and students from 2018-2021 (1:3). Data on timely graduates in 2018 was 22%, in 2019 as much as 60%, in 2020 and 2021 as much as 100%, where in 2021 five students passed first taker.
    Admission of peseta didik: – have followed the decision letter of the Dean and – have followed the regulations of the Indonesian Medical Council no.21 of 2014. – Already in accordance with the ratio of student lecturers. On-time graduation from 2018 to 2021 continues to increase. In 2018 22%, 2019 60%, in 2020, 2021 as much as 100%.
    The recruitment process for PPDS participants also follows the regulation of Perkonsil 21/2014, there are also recommendations from the Indonesian Pulmonolgi Collegium. Student admission is in accordance with the ratio of student lecturers. On-time graduation increased from 2018 to 100% in 2020 and 2021.
  4. “Since 2018, PKR PS has increased the quantity and quality of human resources, in the supervision/coordination of FKUB and RSSA. In 2018 the Study Program has 1 Professor and 1 Head Lecturer. The current number of lecturers is 19, which has increased compared to 2018 which was 10 lecturers. Currently, almost all divisions have contained 2 human resources. In terms of quality, all human resources have improved their academic positions. Currently, there are 4 professors, 5 associate professors, 2 lecturers, 4 expert assistants. Most lecturers have received SERDOS and all lecturers have undergone PEKERTI. All lecturers have actively implemented the tri dharma of PT by documenting in SISTER and meeting the Lecturer Performance Load and Employee Work Targets. Lecturers who have obtained 16 consultant degrees. In an effort to monev the performance of lecturers, PKR Study Program together with the Head of PKR have made a mapping of the lecturer’s career path (attached). The ratio of student lecturers is always a consideration when accepting new residents, currently the number of students is 43 so that the ratio of lecturers has met the maximum provisions of 1: 3. In an effort to improve the quality of human resources, PS has planned funding to attend workshops, seminars, and training domestically and abroad listed in the RAB.
    Since 2018 there has been an increase in the quantity and quality of lecturers. Currently, there are 4 professors, 5 head lecturers, 2 lecturers, and 4 expert assistants. There are 16 lecturers in the study program with consultant degrees, there is a mapping level for lecturers. Currently, almost every division has 2 staff
    There has been an increase in the quantity and quality of study program human resources since 2018. Currently, there are 4 professors, 5 associate professors, 2 lecturers and 4 expert assistants. Most already have lecturer certificates. There are 16 lecturers with consultant degrees.
