STRATEGIC PLANS
In line with the changes to Brawijaya University’s Strategic Plan in 2022, the Faculty of Medicine amended its Faculty Strategic Plan and aligned its Vision, Mission, Goals, and Targets (VMTS) in the same year. The Faculty Strategic Plan was then established through a Dean’s Regulation on August 1, 2023.
WORK PROGRAMS
To align the changes to the Faculty Strategic Plans, The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Study Program developed a scientific vision, mission, and goals through internal meetings, scientific vision workshops, and work meetings. The scientific vision was developed based on the Vision and Mission of Brawijaya University and the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Brawijaya.
The subsequent Work Program was developed based on the Study Program’s Scientific Vision through internal meetings and then periodically evaluated at the Annual Work Meeting.
Study Program Work Meeting
The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Uniersitas Brawijaya (FMUB), regularly holds a work meeting once a year. The annual work meeting is held to discuss:
- Work achievements for the previous year;
- Implementation and results of internal and external quality audits;
- Develop work programs to be implemented in the following year;
- Inform students and academic staff about learning achievement criteria at all levels;
- Disseminate performance expectations and the academic code of ethics to all staff;
- Discuss the need for supporting equipment, as required by the educational standards for specialist training in PM&R set by the Indonesian Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Collegium (PERDOSRI) which are not yet available;
- Evaluate and revise the curriculum;
- Presenting the results of the monitoring and evaluation of the quality improvement system.
