The organizational structure of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Specialist Program at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Brawijaya (FMUB) is designed to support the optimal implementation of specialist education, integrated with service activities and the Tridharma of University. Under the coordination of the Dean and Head of Study Program (HSP), this structure involves various scientific divisions such as musculoskeletal rehabilitation, neuromuscular, cardiovascular, geriatrics, pediatrics, and sports injuries which are managed together with supporting units such as curriculum, achievements, evaluation, and publications. Collaboration between the PM&R Department, the Functional Medical Staff (FMS) of Medical Rehabilitation, and the Medical Rehabilitation Installation at the Teaching Hospital ensures integration between aspects of education, research, community service, and quality clinical services. This structure also reflects the synergy between academic elements and teaching hospitals through instructive and coordinative channels, in order to produce professional and competent Physiatrist.
